This policy explains what information China, Thoughtfully collects, why it is used and how you can contact us about it.

Information collected

The trip-request form may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, travel dates, group details, budget range, destinations, interests, preferences and concerns. We also retain messages, proposals, payment records and service-delivery communications when relevant.

How information is used

Information is used to review requests, communicate with you, prepare a quote, provide purchased planning services, maintain records, prevent abuse and respond to legal or payment disputes. Personal information is not sold.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Google provides email services. WhatsApp may process messages when you contact us there. PayPal may process payment information when you choose to pay through PayPal. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

International processing

Because the service is based in China and uses international technology providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and order records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, legal obligations and dispute handling. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no website, email or messaging service can guarantee complete security.
